The Alabama Pain Center was the first board certified pain management facility in North Alabama, and has been serving the region since 1985. We offer a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to the treatment and care of chronic pain patients.

Behavioral Science services include group and individual counseling sessions. We also operate the Alabama Recovery Center, which is a State-Certified Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for the treatment of substance abuse.
The physical therapy program is known as the Alabama Therapeutic Center. Services include evaluation, work hardening, vocational rehab, and a full range of outpatient PT modalities.
Our newest program is the Alabama Fibromyalgia Center which provides specialized protocols for patients with that unique condition. Services include group therapy sessions, sleep assessments, physical therapy, and hydromassage.
